The Luther Register posted this link before, but even I have to dig through the archives to find it; so here it is again for easier reference. Thanks to CJ Cavin for this work in digitizing this set of ordinances.
It’s a start. The Town Board recently moved to hire a company to help codify and digitize the ordinances to all citizens and leaders can do our homework. That work is in process.
