Less than three weeks before the State’s General Election, several local candidates came to Luther for a Candidate Meet & Greet event presented by The Luther Register and Mitchell Talks.

About 40 members of the community came to the event at The Chicken Shack to hear from seven of eight invited candidates. At least one citizen said her vote was changed after meeting some of the candidates.
