For those who knew her, the pain remains. For those who didn’t get the chance to know her, we wish we had.
Her friends and family will honor the memory of Cindy Lawson Teel this Saturday morning in an effort to Turn the Town Teal to raise awareness about ovarian cancer.
A lifelong resident of Luther, Cindy died just a few years ago.
This Saturday morning, the Turn the Town Teal crew will meet at Rock N Vapes at 11 am, pray and then walk the streets hanging teal ribbons on trees.
Cindy’s sister, Shanna Lawson Miller, is organizing the effort and asks everyone to where something teal, and bring teal ribbon if you have it.
