Graduate notes

Luther Lions alumnus Eddie Martinez is a new college graduate. In a news release from Oklahoma Baptist University, The Luther Register was notified that Martinez was one of 300 graduates who earned a degree at May commencement exercises. He studied pre-allied health and rehab science. OBU is in Shawnee.

WILLIAMS GRABS UCO SCHOLARSHIP
The University of Central Oklahoma recently awarded the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Scholarship to home-schooled graduate Caleb Williams in recognition of his demonstrated talent and distinguished achievement in leadership, citizenship, service and communication.

Williams is among 24 students chosen for the scholarship from the 100 finalists.

He will receive a tuition waiver for nine hours of classes each semester, a $1,250 yearly stipend for room and board, and a one-time $1,000 global and service stipend.
