LUTHER BUSINESS SERIES | Glassic Designs Brings Creativity and Customization to Main Street

Luther’s Main Street is home to a growing number of businesses, and Glassic Designs has quickly become a go-to for custom embroidery, laser engraving, signage, and personalized gifts. Owners Jamie Harwick and her husband Luke bring their combined talents to the shop—Jamie specializes in embroidery and apparel printing, while Luke focuses on custom laser engraving, creating everything from leather coasters to personalized knives.

Despite winter weather closures, the family-run business is back at work, fulfilling orders and keeping their storefront fresh and inviting. Earlier this week, Tasha, who manages the front of the store and window displays, made sure the shop was ready by swapping out Valentine’s décor for a festive St. Patrick’s Day theme.

“Every week, new customers come in and discover that we’re here,” Jamie said. “The community has been so welcoming and supportive. We’re excited to offer a variety of services, so folks don’t have to go out of town for custom work. Whether it’s a single custom shirt, a new business sign, or engraving a special gift, we love helping our neighbors create something unique.”

Glassic Designs recently completed signage and decals for the Town of Luther’s police and public works vehicles and created banners and apparel for Luther FFA and 4H ahead of their local show.

As the weather clears, Glassic Designs will reopen Friday for a full day of business, with limited hours on Thursday afternoon, weather permitting. They’re also seeking community input on whether Saturday or Sunday hours would be more convenient for weekend shoppers.
