Choctaw, OK -Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center is gearing up for their 23rd Annual “Golf For Grads” Tournament set for 9:30 a.m. Thursday, October 17, 2019, at the Choctaw Creek Golf Course in Choctaw, OK.
The EOC Tech golf tournament is sponsored by the Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center Foundation, which was established in 1995 and designed to enhance the vocational education opportunities for students and provide awards as well as grants and scholarships.
Each year, the foundation seeks support from local businesses and individuals to help meet EOC Tech’s goal in assisting the students. Supporters help make a difference in growing and developing students to their full potential. The EOC Tech Foundation supports tuition scholarships for qualified daytime and evening students, student achievement awards, entry fees, transportation to competitions, in addition to providing student leadership opportunities.
Participants choose whether they would like to be a Team Sponsor and play on the day of the tournament, or if they would like to be a Hole Sponsor and have their business displayed on a sign at one of the course holes at the golf course.
In conjunction with the golf tournament, EOC Tech Faculty and Staff put together silent auction items that are to be auctioned off at the tournament. Any items or services that could be auctioned off on the day of the event would be greatly appreciated.
Those who wish to be an EOC Tech “Golf For Grads” Sponsor and those who wish to play in the tournament can complete an online registration form at eoctech.edu/foundation by Friday, Oct. 10, 2019.
