Details for the second annual Luther Pecan Festival Cook-Off are coming together. Held on November 17, 2018, we expect lots of award-winning and delicious entries. Contestants are asked to make enough to be sampled by our “celebrity” judges and sold at a fund-raising auction following the contest to benefit 4 Our Community, a non-profit organization providing support to those dedicated to development the potential of our students and community. 
- Submit entries from 10 – 11:30 am at Boydston-Bailey Funeral Home at 105 S Main.
- $10 entry fee
- Awards Ceremony begins at 1 pm on the Pecan Fest Stage. Numerous prizes in each category and a Grand Champion Award.
- Auction immediately after awards are announced.

While it’s pretty certain that reigning Grand Champion Sabrena Goley will not share her pecan pie recipe, here’s a fun link to a recipe from MILLER PECANS, one of the Oklahoma pecan growers who will be selling on Main Street during the Pecan Festival.
