Decoration Day is here. For the last several days, community volunteers and family members have visited the Luther Cemetery to decorate the graves of loved ones and heroes who rest there. Small American flags mark each veteran’s grave of soldiers who were enlisted and served in conflicts dating back to World War I, and possibly the Civil War.
The Luther Cemetery is maintained by selfless volunteers and operated through donations.
