Here’s a briefer of some things going on …

• Voter registration deadline. In Luther Town limits? Planning on voting April 4 for the town election to elect four trustees on the five-member board. You must be registered to vote by March 10. Here’s a link from the State Election Board that tells you about it.

• Seen about town. Signs there’s an election coming are going up. Have you seen any? Other candidates have FB campaign pages like Jenni White, Paxton Cavin and Trandy Langston. Here’s the first yard sign I’ve seen from Herbert Keith!

• Candidate Forum. Broken Horn Ranch & The Luther Register are pleased to present the 2017 Luther Town Trustee Candidate Forum. It’s set for the evening of March 21, 2017. Stand-by for more details and how you can submit a question for the candidates (or just do it here in the comment section!). Learn abut the candidates here. 
• Politics. Are you a political watcher? With SO much going on in our state and nation, we need to be. Lion Dad Scott Mitchell has a new podcast. We know Mitchell from his important work in television and radio, and for being Joey’s Dad!. He’s added a podcast called Inside the House, to the mix, in addition to his Sunday morning show on News9. Here’s his website to hook in on all the offerings.
• School Board meets Monday, March 6, at 6:30 pm. Here’s the agenda. Luther Register will have it on FB Live.
