Remember this shiny store? Opened May 2015 and closed last January? Remember how the Town of Luther sold the land for the promise of a grocery store? Remember how Walmart constructed the store valued at $1.4 million?
We remember.
What’s going on with the sale, lease, razing or anything with the property three months after its closure?
The answer: NOTHING.
An email into the corporate spokesperson brought this response this morning.
“Thanks for reaching out. No update at this time.”
