By the numbers

The regular meeting of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is a mite quieter than last month when hundreds came out to protest, and support the EOC loop connecting I-40 to I-44.

The January 2016 operations report of the system shows toll revenues up nearly three percent over a year ago. Total $20 million.

There were 74 wrecks on the system and five fatalities.

The most lucrative toll road is the Turner bringing in nearly $500,000 followed by the Will Rogers, Kilpatrick, Creek and Bailey.
