Luther’s merchants are gearing up for the holiday shopping season with a chance to win $600. The Luther Parks Commission organized the campaign as part of a public-private effort with participation from several donors, restaurants, and shops. The latest news from the Oklahoma County Election Board is that the election board staff is recommending the three “provisional ballots” be accepted for counting late Friday afternoon.
